Activities are open to ALL kids whether they attend Maranatha or not.

SNOW DAZE WINTER RETREAT – FEBRUARY 3 & 4 2023

  • Each activity is packed with worship, Biblical concepts shared in large and small group settings, prayer, food, fun, and a crazy lock-in with games and inflatables!
  • Each student receives an event t-shirt and a draw-string bag.
  • Junior Snow Daze: Friday evening for kids in Kindergarten through 2nd Grade.
  • Kids’ Snow Daze: All day Saturday for kids in 3rd through 6th Grade.
  • Any child who signs up that has never been to Maranatha before can attend for FREE! Email tina@realchurch.org for a special sign up link.

COMMUNITY EASTER EGG HUNT

  • Join us for a FREE INDOOR event. Due to the amazing amount of snow we have, we will be moving the Egg Hunt inside on April 1, 2023.
  • To make sure all kids have a chance to hunt for eggs, we will have an optional sign up. You can reserve your spot during one of our 5 different time slots for kids ages 1 year to 6th grade.
  • Registration before the event is not required, but will guarantee you a time to hunt for eggs.
    Walk-in registrations are also welcome for all time slots on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Everyone will enter through the side doors in the auditorium right from the parking lot. Here, you will get registered and participate in some fun activities while you wait. We will have bouncy houses, face painting, tattoos, and a few craft options.
  • 8 groups of 20 kids will be taken to different hunting areas around the church every 15 minutes.
  • We will still have Golden Tickets to find, so when you are done hunting, we would like to invite you to open your eggs in the lobby while you enjoy some popcorn and hot cocoa and see if you are a golden ticket winner

KIDS’ XTREME JUNE 14, 2023 – AUGUST 30, 2023

  • Kindergarten – 6th grade
  • Wednesday Nights from 6:30-8:00
  • Bible Lesson, Worship, Snack
  • Wet, Dry, and Messy games weekly


KIDS CAMP

  • Kids Camp is for kids going into 3rd through 7th grade in Alexandria, Minnesota at beautiful Lake Geneva Christian Center. It is 4 days in mid-June with many fun activities and amazing opportunities to grow in relationship with God
  • Registration opens in April.

HALLOWEEN SUGAR RUSH

  • The last Saturday in October – October 28, 2023
  • A fun afternoon of carnival games, inflatables, food, candy and more candy!

CHRISTMAS MUSICAL

  • Our Christmas musical is open to all kids Kindergarten through 6th Grade. For kids who choose not be involved in the musical there will be Sunday service as usual. Rehearsals are held during service on Sundays from September through December. Performances happen in early December.
