Dear Church Family,
Luke 2:52 states, “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man.” It is important that we grow in all four quadrants – physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Can we attain the spiritual depth that we long for by solely attending church two times a week? Of course not – and neither can our children.
The three key institutions that mold a child are the home, the church, and the school. Children benefit the most when all three align and point them in the same direction. Now, think about this – your children spend upwards of 35 hours per week at school. How do you want your children to spend those 35 hours? In a school devoid of God, surrounded by influences that tug at them to pull away from their faith? Or in a school where God and faith are interwoven into everything they do, from their academics to handling conflict on the playground?
MAG Christian School exists to work in cooperation with home and church, building a foundation of Biblical and historical truth upon which each student can grow spiritually, physically, socially, and academically. MAG Christian School offers a quality educational experience from a Christian worldview while using differentiated instructional strategies in a multiage classroom setting. God’s Word is integrated throughout each subject area, teaching students to think critically about the world around them through the Biblical lens. Students are frequently assessed, and teaching strategies are developed to encompass a wide variety of learning styles and multiple intelligences. We believe that Biblical instruction and teaching Christian principles utilizing a Biblically-integrated curriculum gives children a firm foundation for life.
Programs that MAG Christian School offers:
- 2-day and 3-day preschool
- Kindergarten Readiness (half days-every day, morning or afternoons)
- Kindergarten (All day, every day)
- Alternate Day Kindergarten (for the off days of those students enrolled in a public kindergarten )
- Elementary 1st – 6th grades
- Jr. / Sr. High online courses
